You guys rock! 1/19/2012

I've been using Carroll's Automotive since I moved back to VT in 2005, basically because my entire family goes there for their vehicle servicing and repairs and everyone has always been happy with the work and reasonable prices. It is so comforting to have a mechanic you can trust! When my Baja needs a little tweaking, or something's not quite right, I have total confidence that Carroll will figure it out and fix it, and it won't cost me an arm and a leg. He's patient and explains everything in a way that even I can understand. Rock on Carroll & all! more

A Mechanic You Can Trust 11/30/2011

Carroll was literally the boy next door growing up. My entire family goes to his shop for their auto work, and I trust him implicitly. It is such a relief to have a mechanic that you actually trust -- as opposed to one who is out to charge you as much as possible to pad their own income. More important than ever in these tough economic times. Thank you Carroll! more

Above and beyond 11/30/2011

I brought my 2001 Dodge Ram truck to Carroll's to get a smnowplow bracket put on. Since it was no longer available, they made one for me that was cheaper than buying it (if I could) When I finally put on my plow just before a big storm, I found that it would not move side to side. I brought it in and without an appt and carroll worked through his lunch hour rebuilding the plug. I works great now. I do not know what I would have done otherwise. They will get all of my work from now on. more

Thank you!!! Years ago I was told that I would not regret going to Carroll's to have my car serviced, and how true they were. It's wonderful to go into a business and get a genuine smile with a "hello." You have a great crew there working for you..Keep smiling!! NO APPT. AND FIT ME IN 11/24/2011

THE SNOW STORM WAS COMING AND I HAD NO SNOW TIRES ON THE CAR I JUST BOUGHT. I STOPPED IN EARLY IN THE MORNING AND ASKED CARROLL IF I LEFT IT FOR THE DAY COULD THEY PUT ON MY SNOW TIRES, AND CARROLL SAID " SURE WE CAN ",AND TOOK ME TO WORK AND SAID IT WOULD BE READY BY 4. I CALLED LATER IN THE DAY AND ASKED IF THEY COULD DO A COUPLE OF OTHER THINGS ALSO AND THEY DID AND IT WAS READY BY 4. A GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. more

Power steering pump 11/13/2011

I find you all to be honest and trust worthy providing my vehicles with great care. My wife and her family have been doing business with Carrolls automotive for about 23 or so years. they recommend your business allot to others as well. her father says if he can't fix it no one can. more

The personal attention is outstanding - as is the quality of work. Most recently Carroll took the time to call me about my plan to replace an engine and was straight-forward about the costs, the pros and the cons. Very few shops will take the time to call you and, for all intents and purposes, talk you out of a job. It is that kind of care and attention, plus the quality of work, that keeps me coming back! more
