We purchased a ring from them in April 2010 for $4876.00. I had problems with the ring, diamonds were falling out. They attempted to repair it twice, unsuccessfully. I took it to two other jewelers who advised me not to repair it again, it would be throwing good money after bad. They would not work with me, therefore, I took them to small claims court. I won a judgement against them for $5312.00. They have not paid me and they say they are going to appeal. They are dishonest people and I strongly urge you not to do business with them.
