I went to Balensi Spa to get my brows done with permanent makeup. When I left the spa my brows looked great, but within a few days they looked terrible. One brow has thin lines, the other has thick lines with large gaps between. Neither extend to the full length of my real brows. I returned to the spa for a re-do within 2 weeks and was told I probably slept on my brows and that I would need to pay for a re-do! I could not believe what I was hearing! I complained and they finally gave in a did a re-do at no charge. Again when I left the spa the brows looked great...but within a few days they looked terrible AGAIN! I will never return to Balensi's Spa for ANY treatment.
