I had 4 treatments of Triactive for Cellulite and I can see a great different. There are other treatments I am going to try.I am so happy I found Balensi Spa. It is a very relaxing place and I received great service. more

Microdermabrasion 2/1/2012

It was my first time going to Banlensi and I must say I was very much impressed with the spa as well as the attentive service. Lorena did an awesome job and made me feel so relaxed during my microdermabrasion treatment. I will definitely go back again. It is so worth it. My face has never felt better. Glad I did it. more

This was my first time at Balensi spa. The service was great, the staff is very welcoming. My skin felt very refreshed, relaxed and clean after my facial. I will defenetly be a regular monthly customer. more

Microdermabrasion at Spa Happy Hour 1/27/2012

As always, Vanessa was great. I always get excellent service at Balensi. It was a relaxing experience. And my face felt nice and smooth. My skin looked very bright and refreshed. I only trust Balensi for my facials and peels. more

Mixed Feelings 1/16/2012

Overall, I had a good time. I schedule a combination massage and a facial. I have to say that getting early and enjoying the sauna and wine was great. The ambiance, facility and products are awesome. My facial with (Vanessa) was very good. It was so relaxing and high quality. However, my massage with (A) wasn't as enjoyable. She kept yawing through the session. Her breathing was very loud and I started to get concern if she was ok. This put me under stress instead of a relaxing mode. Also, she used only one hand 75% of the entire massage. I have been in other spas and this is the first time I notice that "technique". When I asked my husband about his experience, he said he experience the same issues. In general the massage was a 5 out of 10. The facial was fantastic. more

Great spa 12/19/2011

I just had a baby 5 mos ago being a full time mom with a full time job, i was looking forward for a great massage. Balensi spa didn't lived up to my expectation. My massage therapist & aesthetician did a great job. I also loved the place where i felt like close to nature & felt so calm & relaxed. I definitely will come back for more great massage/therapy... more

Rossalyn's greeting is always with a smile. The massage with Arlene Jazmine was amazing. I recently had shoulder surgery and she worked on the sore spots. Jean Michel does an amazing facial...what else can I say. I am going back next week! more

Not so great experience 11/29/2011

I visited Balensi on the day of my wedding with my mother and bridesmaids. I had a below par massage and my mother and friend had facials. The facialist left for so long during the facials that neither of them knew if their treatments were done or if there was something else going on since the facialist didn't communicate she would be back...eventually. During most facials, there is a hand/foot/neck massage during the mask setting. My other friend had a fabulous 90 minute Stone Massage that she absolutely loved. The worst part? They "required" a 20% gratuity for the horrible facialist!!! Never a good sign... more

Pretty near 5 stars 11/21/2011

I was impressed with this spa, though concerned when I bought it off of amazon local. I bought the $60 for $125 gift certificate. I actually bought 2 of them since it was so reasonable. It is just as it appeared in pictures...very calm and serene. I had some difficulty picking out what I wanted, because of course you can't get 2 whole services for $125. I believe the cheapest was $70-$85 each. I ended up getting the "pamper me" facial, which was $150. So $25 additional out of pocket. This included the hydrating facial and a body scrub and 30 min massage. Both were relaxing. The only thing that I didn't really like was that the girl left in the middle of my facial so the mask could penetrate (my words of course.) Other than that the intensity of the massage was good, though I'm glad it was only 30 min. It probably would have left me sore had I purchased 50 min. But overall, a good find! more
