I found Quality 1 by doing a "Lexus service" search online because I recently purchased a used Lexus. During my call to set the appt. the person who answered the phone was pleasant and comfortable enough to mention that my Lexus was a "glorified Toyota". While this may be true...the comment was condescending and inappropriate. I still kept my appointment and amongst other items that I was advised to fix (which were true) I was told I had moisture in my brake fluid which would cost $129 to flush. I took my car back to the mechanic I used for my Cadillac CTS (whom I trust very much) and when they checked my brake fluid...NO problem. I am a female with not a lot of car knowledge so I have to be able to work with people I can trust ~ CA Auto Center has and will continue to be MY mechanic.
