I am very disappointed in the service I received on my car. I pick my care up today October 18 and it was in worst shape than when I brought it in. My engine covers is off screws ...

Excellent service! The car is driving like it did 7 years ago, out of the dealership. We are glad that we took the car to Quality 1 Auto. We checked prices around the area (Temecula) and they were lower, much lower, but we were not convinced that the service provided by the other auto shops will step to the same quality, i.e. parts and warranty. Long term we felt that it was a wise decision. more

First Time Service With Your Company 10/29/2011

I wanted to let you know that everything seems have gone pretty well with the service. The car is running pretty well. I have just one issue and that is dirt/grease left on the inside of the car. It was left on the headliner of the passenger and driver sides as well as, the visor. We need to get that clean the next time it is in the shop. more

Quality is not what I received 10/18/2011

I am very disappointed in the service I received on my car. I pick my care up today October 18 and it was in worst shape than when I brought it in. My engine covers is off screws are missing and the smell of oil is worst. I want to be compensated for this poor workmanship! more

I have always had a great experience at the shop, they never want to do a repair that may not be neccesary at that time but put it in their report for further inquiry. I appreciate the AAA discount also. This is one of the true gems in Temecula for auto repair. more

Disappointed 10/7/2011

I found Quality 1 by doing a "Lexus service" search online because I recently purchased a used Lexus. During my call to set the appt. the person who answered the phone was pleasant and comfortable enough to mention that my Lexus was a "glorified Toyota". While this may be true...the comment was condescending and inappropriate. I still kept my appointment and amongst other items that I was advised to fix (which were true) I was told I had moisture in my brake fluid which would cost $129 to flush. I took my car back to the mechanic I used for my Cadillac CTS (whom I trust very much) and when they checked my brake fluid...NO problem. I am a female with not a lot of car knowledge so I have to be able to work with people I can trust ~ CA Auto Center has and will continue to be MY mechanic. more

Efficient, professional service!!! I used Quality for a pre-purchase inspection. They took me in on short notice, gave me a comprehensive inspection report that included an actual visit into the shop to actually see the reason for the recommended repairs. As a result I was able to get repairs made to my vehicle PRIOR to actually purchasing it at no expense to me!!! Quality 1 Auto Service is tops in my book. more

Excellent Experience at Quality 1, As Usual 9/27/2011

The oil service and overall comprehensive check, along with replacing the hood shocks, was performed yesterday in the usual efficient and timely manner by Master Mechanic Scott Spahr. For over three years I have used Quality 1 for all my many large and small car maintenance and repair needs, and have always received excellent service and very helpful in depth advice. Scott Travers and Steve Harkey have consistently gone out of their way to graciously and kindly meet my needs. I am most grateful to them and to have Quality 1 as my auto repair shop. In my experience they are 'Tops' in comprehensive 'Car Care'. more
