I have been an Aveda client in many places i have lived over the past 20 years. I am very loyal to the product and the continuing education that Aveda demands of the professionals that represent the name, however I was very disappointed in Gervais in Medford OR. Even though my appointment was at 10 am I was quite astonished that there were stylist who appeared as though they just woke up and came to work to get ready....thats NOT what Aveda is about! Get your sylist to get their self together and look the part of being an AVEDA representative..... Common man, its not beauty school anymore. Step it up! I give Lisa a 4 and the salon a 1.
