when i tried to make an appointment i was unable to....there are 30 salons up and down west road - you should'nt discourage people from coming there...i was not offered any alternatives so i went elsewhere...they fit me in....i only bought a gift card for someone this purchase - i have found a new salon that is flexible and willing to work with me.
