Generally, I am very happy with Jim's Auto. However, this last time I was quoted one price and was charged $100 more. When I went on line to find out how much the part was I could have gotten it for $100 less than Jim's Auto. I just don't understand why this happened. Unfortunate, because I really like Jim's Auto. more
