We have used Pet Palace in the past for boarding and were very pleased however that is so not the case anymore. Our dogs stayed there this past weekend and the first sign that something had changed should of been the odor in the boarding area. We overlooked this and left the dogs for the weekend. This morning we noticed hundreds of small brown bugs all over the dogs as well as the areas where they sleep. Initially we thought they were fleas but after taking the animals to the vet we found out that they are actually baby ticks. Now all the dogs have to be on medicine for 3 months and the house has to be exterminated. Obviously we are EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED!
