Best Kennel we have ever used! 5/27/2010

We always took our dogs here until we moved to Florida 4 years ago. Was surprised to see any negative reviews. But since our experiencs in the past were always so gret we figured we at least owed it to ourselves and our dogs to find out if this place really did go down hill. I am so glad that we did go back and didn't listen to those reviews. It is just as wonderful as ever. In fact we recognized several of our favorite staff faces that were here when we lived here before including the owners which we found to be still very hands on with their day to day business.. We just love them and glad to be able to use them again now that we are back in town. I told my new neighbors about them and found out that they already use Pet Palace and would not take their dogs anywhere else.! I don't think it could be any better except if they were open all day on Saturday.... Love this place. more

Quality Pet Care with lots of options!!! 5/10/2010

Good: They do it all, boarding, grooming and daycare. Good selection of supplies.. Bad: Training is only offered on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings which are not good nights for us.. Improvements: would like to have them open a little later on Saturday afternoons.. Other: Tried many Boarding facilities around and I am glad we kept looking till we finely found this one. We have been very happy. Deffinately one I would check out if you are searching for a good place to take your pet.. more
