I knew what kind of car I was looking for when I went to the Mercedes Cary dealership. David Burr met me at the door. He didn't try to talk me into something else like most car salesmen who treat women as if they aren't smart enough to know what they want; instead, we went to the parking lot where he showed me their inventory and asked a few good questions about what features I was particularly interested in. Took a test drive, then back to showroom where we talked numbers. I am convinced he went out of his way to be competitive with a price.
Long story short: if you are in the market for a car, you should go find David Burr at Mercedes of Cary. He never pressured me and made the process not only painless, but pretty pleasant! Paperwork was easy and he spent over 90 minutes with me showing me all the features on my new car and explaining how they would be there for all my future service needs.
I can't think of a single part of the experience with David and Mercedes of Cary that was less than absolutely fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality product and a quality experience to go with it.
