I have had State Farm insurance with the Dean Gleeson Agency since 1998. On January 7, 2011 I had my first claim with them when my daughter wrecked while driving during a snow storm. It is day 11 and the adjusters have not even bothered to look at the car yet. ON Januar 10 they said 5-7 days on January 14 they said Monday the 17th. Today they said they were looking at it today but hte body shop still has not seen hide nor hair of State Farm in regards to my car. I firmly believe this is in retributuion for not taking the car to the repair shop they selected.. I am extremely upset with the way my claim is being handled. I have been without reliable transportation to and rrom work for for 11 days and they haven't even seen it yet to begin the repairs. At this rate I will with out my car for a month and that is totally unacceptable. I plan to change agents as soon as is feasible since I believe that this is all out of spite for not using the repair shop they preferred.
