I have had State Farm insurance with the Dean Gleeson Agency since 1998. On January 7, 2011 I had my first claim with them when my daughter wrecked while driving during a snow storm. It is day 11 and the adjusters have not even bothered to look at the car yet. ON Januar 10 they said 5-7 days on January 14 they said Monday the 17th. Today they said they were looking at it today but hte body shop still has not seen hide nor hair of State Farm in regards to my car. I firmly believe this is in retributuion for not taking the car to the repair shop they selected.. I am extremely upset with the way my claim is being handled. I have been without reliable transportation to and rrom work for for 11 days and they haven't even seen it yet to begin the repairs. At this rate I will with out my car for a month and that is totally unacceptable. I plan to change agents as soon as is feasible since I believe that this is all out of spite for not using the repair shop they preferred. more

Consistently excellent service 8/10/2005

I have been with this particular State Farm agency for over 30 years, for life insurance, home owners insurance, and auto insurance. Claims are always handled promptly and courteously. In over 30 years I have never encountered a problem with this office and I've been insured with Dean Gleason since he was a one man office in the basement of a business on Wisner Avenue and even though the business is large now the "one man service" remains the same. They are the bet. more

State Farm Insurance- You'll Get Good Coverage- Our family has been using the local State Farm Insurance for our Homeowners coverage for over twenty years. We haven't had many claims, but on the few occasions when a claim was necessary everything was handled well. We appreciated the quick, efficent handling of a claim involving storm damage. The agents were very busy at that time due to the many claims in the area. State Farms sent out extra agents to help with the claims...which we thought was just a wonderful way to handle the situation. Our claim was handled right away where some of our neighbors with other companies waited months. more
