San Mateo Rentals values the reviews we get on the web- however we find your posting is extremely misleading. On November 11 at 9:24 am you rented a piece of equipment (concrete drill). The next day you returned the drill at 3:39 p.m.- for a rental period of 1 day 6.3 hours- hardly a "few minutes late". ALL of our daily rentals come with a one hour grace period for FREE (travel time). After that period we do start to charge an hourly fee on all of our equipment. In your case, the hourly rate is $12, so after 5 additional hours you had reached another daily rate of $60. I hope this explanation helps you to understand the charges you incurred.\r
