I wanted to tell you about my visit on 12-6-10, and I wanted to tell everyone how Dr Alicia Grasso helped make a terrible situation , tolerable. I first met Dr. Grasso on Monday with another one of my dogs who needed an operation on his ear. She was warm, friendly, and very caring in her demeanor. Willie had to have his ear operated on so we left him at the office. A few days later we had to bring Willie back because he figured out a way to remove his bandage. Again, Dr. Grasso was warm, understanding and listened to our concerns. She redid the bandage and everything was fine. Today, we brought in our St. Bernard who was having problems with her legs. Upon arriving, Lucy was unable to get out of the car and with help managed, but was unable to walk into the office without assistance from my husband.\r
