Where do I start? The frail front door assistant is terrible, she can not keep straight thoughts or communicate very well at all. The vet is worse, he barely talks and then after he tells you about your pet blandly, he just stares at you,like your supposed to know the answers. They are very expensive and dont expect them to help you out any way. Payment plans, forget about it. Horrible comunication and way to expenisive. Their are many good vets in the truckee meadows, but this is not one of them.
