I am usually in support of local and small businesses; however my experience with Kennedy's Custom Jewelry was a very disappointing and frustrating one. Their daughter and son, who work with their parents at the store, acted as if society owed them a certain level of respect because their mother and father owned the jewelry business. Kennedy Custom Jewelry made promises about their product but only produced an inferior product...which was also not on time. The owners were not willing to take responsibility in the matter and even started to avoid communication. The store ambiance gave an impressive first impression, however it fell short with unprofessional conduct.
