Sold these idiots a ring. They wanted to make payments, so we agreed. We spent the next two months chasing them around trying to get our money. When they couldn't pay us the money, we asked for our ring back. Guess what...they said it was sold! \r \r Additionally, the owner, Jim, is apparently no longer allowed to write checks from the company checking account (can anyone else smell a bankruptcy?). \r \r Bottom line, these jokers are sell used jewelry (sometimes as new) and apparently are having trouble paying for it. more

Unfriendly Atmosphere 1/30/2011

I am usually in support of local and small businesses; however my experience with Kennedy's Custom Jewelry was a very disappointing and frustrating one. Their daughter and son, who work with their parents at the store, acted as if society owed them a certain level of respect because their mother and father owned the jewelry business. Kennedy Custom Jewelry made promises about their product but only produced an inferior product...which was also not on time. The owners were not willing to take responsibility in the matter and even started to avoid communication. The store ambiance gave an impressive first impression, however it fell short with unprofessional conduct. more

When I was looking to replace my wedding ring at my 10th anniversary, I was very impressed with their variety and selection. I was looking for something unique and found several things which fit what I was looking for. All their items seemed competitively priced compared to other jewelry stores. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. more

They design gorgeous pieces & do custom work. I go here for everything even as little as replacing my watch battery. Prices are very competitive with chain jewelers, but Kennedy's has more of a family feel. The people are very genuine in helping you & you leave feeling just as nice as the jewlery you bought. more

Nice Store 12/21/2005

This is nice store that is not located in a mall. They have some gorgeous jewelry. When we were picking out my wedding ring the staff was helpful and had some really good ideas. We ended up having one designed and they did a wonderful job. Their prices are reasonable and they have a lot of unique items. Try this place the next time you are looking for a special piece of jewelry. more

Kennedys Jewelers 11/28/2005

Kennedys Jewelers has a great selection of jewelry to choose from. I thought they would have high prices when I first walked in, but as I looked around I found that everything was very reasonably priced. The staff is great and they helped my find a ring that my wife would love, but at a price that I could actually afford. They even have special financing that you can apply for. more
