My heat has gone out two Winters. Last year the repair man did not show up after I was put on a list and we froze through the night. A man did come out to repair it after we complained. This year our heat went out again and a man showed up this time, the heat worked for 2 days and stopped again...after I called back and explained the situation, I was told I would get a call from the repair man, but no one called and spent another night without heat. Needless to say I am very unhappy.
