The actual vets are great, it is the staff that is the issue. On one occasion, I took my pet for treatment of heartworms. After dropping him off at 7am I was called in the afternoon to be informed they "didn't realize he was there for heartworm treatment and failed to start the treatment early enough" (it was the only reason he was there). I also had made an appointment 2 months in advance for rabies vaccination and teeth cleaning and showed up to be informed that the appointment was only for the rabies vc. and that they couldn't perform the teeth cleaning because they were too booked up (I took days off work for both these occasions). There was never any apology from the staff. Just a "you can re-schedule". The front office staff has never been professional or provide customer service at an acceptable level. Until they can correct this you should seek a vet somewhere else.
