Ive heard this co is very nasty to do business with,they have so much money over the years from needy coustomers in the past till the dont care anymore,and probably never did,but now they have thousands of properties over then Columbus area,and since they have a bad name nobody wants to rent, buy or lease there properties,they are a bad,bad bad compamy to deal with...before you go to them,get a refridgerator box and find and open field,you"ll be happier.
