Turman Realty is such a great family owned business. Everyone I deal with is very helpful and knowledgeable. Diane has been there forever and always takes care of my maintenance issues. more

I have been a tenant for almost 10 years. During that time I have on several occasions had to call in a maintenance issue. I have found that the office personnel were courteous and helpful. The maintenance technician was prompt and professional. I believe the reason I have had a good relationship with Turman Realty is I know what is expected of me as a tenant and what to expect from the company. This is all explained in the rental contract that I signed. Everything was explained to me by Ms Frankie Turman at the time I signed it. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. The advice I would give is this, "You get what you pay for, you can't expect a $1,000.00 home when you are only paying about half as much in rent. Stick to what the contract says, you are a renter not an owner." more

Ive heard this co is very nasty to do business with,they have so much money over the years from needy coustomers in the past till the dont care anymore,and probably never did,but now they have thousands of properties over then Columbus area,and since they have a bad name nobody wants to rent, buy or lease there properties,they are a bad,bad bad compamy to deal with...before you go to them,get a refridgerator box and find and open field,you"ll be happier. more

YOU WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU DONT SHOW THEM WHAT WAS DAMAGED BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. SO MAKE SURE YOU SHOW THEM THAT YOU DID NOT DAMAGE ANYTHING BEFORE YOU MOVE IN...IF NOT YOU WILL HAVE BAD CREDIT AFTER FOOLING WITH THEM!! THEY ARE PREJUDICE TOO!!! THEY ARE VERY NASTY!!!
