Banfield has been wonderful to us and our bulldog! Sonya is the best & most helpful receptionist. Dr Tate is so sweet! ONLY negative thing I can say is MARY ANN! She told us our dog had his comprehensive appt. that was covered on his pet insurance meaning no cost to us except for the nail clipping I wanted. What a load of crap. $100 later on my credit card...she didn't look in his file and tell us that there would be charges because he needed special treatment/mess...I specifically asked her on the phone if there was ANY charge as I would need to reschedule for the next pay period and I got no there is no charge. She was lucky she wasn't there when we picked him up and got the bill.
