Shae W. BAD person! 6/15/2013

They hired a woman (Shae W.) that has a history of adopting and dumping dogs (See Pitsnpups, TX). I still go to the Banfield in Killeen because Shae does not work there anymore, but I hear she now works in Clarksville and I will continue to spread the truth about this person until nobody in the animal care field will employ her! more

Amazing service 9/18/2012

My pup, Titan had his very first vet visit yesterday. We were walk ins so we waited a little but they tried to get us in quickly. The doc & assistants were very nice & gental with him. Overall the doc worked with us & was nice & understanding. I could tell Titan was comfortable the entire time. more

Dr. Tate is amazing!!! 4/24/2012

My Golden Retriever, Star, passed today and Dr. Tate was there for me and my daughter through the entire process. She is an amazing provider and person. She showed that she cared for Star so much more than any provider has. She was able to give us our options and the grim news in the kindest way and help us through it. Dr. Tate is a wonderful asset to Banfield hospital. We will always hold her dear to our hearts. more

Perfect! MINUS MARY ANN! 1/17/2011

Banfield has been wonderful to us and our bulldog! Sonya is the best & most helpful receptionist. Dr Tate is so sweet! ONLY negative thing I can say is MARY ANN! She told us our dog had his comprehensive appt. that was covered on his pet insurance meaning no cost to us except for the nail clipping I wanted. What a load of crap. $100 later on my credit card...she didn't look in his file and tell us that there would be charges because he needed special treatment/mess...I specifically asked her on the phone if there was ANY charge as I would need to reschedule for the next pay period and I got no there is no charge. She was lucky she wasn't there when we picked him up and got the bill. more

THEY SAVED MY DOG'S LIFE! 9/26/2010

On Friday (September 24, 2010), my 2 year old chihuahua was attacked by a large dog and was in critical condition. He had a large mass on the right side of his ribcage, puncture wounds, and was shaking from the intensity of the pain. I called my local Petsmart/Banfield Pet Hospital where my dog is normally seen and informed them of the situation and that I would be there shortly. The staff and Dr. Tate was there waiting upon my arrival and were very fast in assessing the severity of his situation and giving him meds to alleviate his pain. They were very concerned and sympathetic. I arrived at 7 and they were scheduled to close at 8. Dr. Tate immediately took him back for surgery, let me say my goodbyes, and informed me she would call when she was done. She called around 10 saying the surgery was done and said he had an abdominal wall puncture and the bulge was an intestinal breech. THEY STAYED TILL 11 PM WITH MY DOG! They waited till he woke up and administered anti-nausea and pain med more

Not please at all 7/25/2008

I used to take my dogs here for their check ups. My male had demodectic mange. I knew this before bringing him in and when I told the Vet what I thought she just rolled her eyes at me. I didn't appreciate that one bit. She did blood tests and what not but the Vet said he was ok and didn't need any medication. She was wrong! I was not pleased with this at all. They go to a different animal clinic now. more

Pet Hospital 1/29/2008

The nurses, doctors, and even receptionists are very concerned and caring when it comes to your pets. I take my german shepherd and black lab there, and have always been very pleased. Both my dogs have been sick several times, when I call they make me an apointment immediately and treat my pets accurately. Very pleased with my dogs nueter surgery too. more
