I took my vehicle to Reed's Transmission and they seemed very knowledgeable. However, after being assured my vehicle would be ready in about 7 days, I was able to retrieve it almost 4 weeks later. Very rarely was I able to reach someone that could help me on the phone, as the manager was always "out on a test drive". \r
I then found that my four-wheel drive no longer worked and the truck still did not shift properly. I took the vehicle back, as they state that they are on warranty, but they said it wasn't their fault...after asking around I found that their reputation isn't as good as I thought.....I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this business!
