Out with the old and in with the new! Same old, rude, unprofessional receptionist at the Skin Care Clinic that there was over four years ago. Not pleasant and doesn't seem to know how to provide great customer service, talks down to you. \r
Use to see Dr. Headly years ago for acne, and regular skin checkups, prescriptions and cosmetic purchases. However. once I came in contact with with old reception lady downstairs at the skin care clinic I started going and getting everything elsewhere. \r
Returned about four or five years later to replenish a few cosmetic products. Thought I would give them another shot. To my surprise the same rude old lady was there and had another VERY rude, unpleasant expercience with her. Remined me of why I left going here in the first place. Will not be back evere again this time and will be letting EVERYONE know how bad this staff and reception is at this place!
