Pretty rude staff in my opinion. I noticed while I was in the waiting room that after people got called back, they were only gone a small amount of time before they were back through the door and exiting. This all made sense after I was called back -- they obviously only care about the money and try to see as many patients as they can. My doctor didn't really ask me hardly any questions, didn't give me hardly any time to answer the few questions she did ask, and seemed like all she cared about was getting my appointment over with. She then left and closed the door on me; it wasn't like I needed to put any clothes back on or anything, so I didn't know what closing the door meant. No goodbye or anything. I don't recommend this place, there are much better clinics out there. more

I see Aesthetician Julie Wentzel at Northwest Dermatology. She is an amazingly knowledgeable and experienced professional. There are many places where I have been and received treatments that felt good and smelled good, but felt the experience really didn't do anything for my skin. Although my experiences with Julie are always relaxing and revitalizing, her services offer so much more. My main focus was on acne treatments. Through a combination of treatments and at home care she was able to drastically improve the condition of my skin. Her skin care has completely changed the way I view the aesthetic profession. She is extremely well versed in skin care treatments and products. Her experience and education is staggering. This woman knows skin and is able to apply her knowledge towards actually getting results! Also, the location is beautiful, extremely clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I would never go anywhere else for skin care. I have had a minor medical procedure at the dermatologist upstairs and saw a physicians assistant. I found both the PA and her nurse to be very sympathetic and straightforward in their care. It was a good experience. But seriously, the skin care is the best around. more

Out with the old and in with the new! Same old, rude, unprofessional receptionist at the Skin Care Clinic that there was over four years ago. Not pleasant and doesn't seem to know how to provide great customer service, talks down to you. \r Use to see Dr. Headly years ago for acne, and regular skin checkups, prescriptions and cosmetic purchases. However. once I came in contact with with old reception lady downstairs at the skin care clinic I started going and getting everything elsewhere. \r Returned about four or five years later to replenish a few cosmetic products. Thought I would give them another shot. To my surprise the same rude old lady was there and had another VERY rude, unpleasant expercience with her. Remined me of why I left going here in the first place. Will not be back evere again this time and will be letting EVERYONE know how bad this staff and reception is at this place! more

Dr. Headley was quick, efficient and kind. He had an incredible wealth of knowledge regarding my symptoms. He's hard to get into though, so dont expect to get an appointment until almost december. more

Odd sense of humor between Dr and his female assistant, it may be an attitude thing. Teased me about being a model (obviously I am not) and trained 2 people that joked as I was lying on the table face down. I left gladly paying the $500 dollars to GET OUT. (no change in the veins he worked on) After this a coworker mentioned that she had a similar experience with this Dr. and his assistant. I now go to a dermatologist in Bellevue, a little more competition so the Dr. is more respectful and professional. Spent 3k so far. Pros: Experienced, receptionist Cons: arrogant more
