I purchased a " Best" recliner from Fred Smith. After about 7 months the mechanism went bad and would not function correctly. I called and Jerry ordered a new part and came out and fixed it at no cost to me. It has since went bad again and Jerry has ordered the part again an is now fixing it. I am about 345 pounds and thats probably some of the cause for the mechanism failing twice. Jerry at Fred Smith Furniture has been more than fair and has done great work on repairing the recliner. I would recommend Fred Smith Furniture to everyone.
