I had a doctor’s visit and Kelsey Seybold did not even send my claim to my insurance, but deducted the total directly from my prepayment without my permission. When I called them for a reason, they claimed that my insurance denied the file, but they couldn’t provide any more information. I called the business office several times, every time there was a different person saying they would “re-send” my file. It has been almost half a year that my insurance still has not received my file. The clerk at the business office at Kelsey couldn’t give me an answer, and they always said they will check what’s going on. I am very disappointed at Kelsey Seybold, and will never use their service again.
