They are rude and unprofessional in my 5 years dealing with them, I’ll agree with that. That’s not the worst. I think they are a bunch of racists practicing institutional racism. Charlotte’s demographics are 33% black, 7% Hispanics and 4% yet look at HMC staff picture. 100% white. Not one non-white. Is this by choice or design? I don’t see any anti-discriminatory or affirmative action statement on their website. Whenever I call this place I get an attitude from the staff. I know what’s going on. Not even one token colored or Hispanic person on staff.\r
