Unfortunately, we chose to try out Dallas Chop House on New Years. Our waiter was rude, so much so I thought to complain shortly after we were seated, but it got worse from there. We were seated next to a glass wall that the staff repeatedly rammed tables into as they rearranged the main dining area. I was then served my entree, the sea bass, which came out smelling so strongly of vinegar that it was inedible.
I'm not generally one to make a big deal out of nothing. I don't ever send back food or make weird requests, and I understand that wait staff have a difficult job especially on high stress evenings like New years. However the treatment we received was inexcusable. I was so disappointed I even took the time to send an email to the restaurant through their website. I don't know why I was surprised that they didn't bother to respond.
