I had chosen a bridesmaids dress off of the rack and took about 2 months to get my bridesmaids in to pay and be sized for the dress. We chose this dress in 2010 and finished paying the dresses in 2011. Just after my bridesmaids were sized and payed half of their payments on their dresses just in time to order the dresses for my wedding, the manager calls me and lets me know that the dress that WE ALL PAYED FOR was discontinued and that I had two days to chose a new dress from the same maker or the dresses won't be here in time. She also said that none of the dresses were available for my bridesmaids to try on, so I had to chose a new dress in 2 days out of a catalog and hope they looked good. I told her that I wanted my money back without apologizing for HER mess-up or offering a refund she said that she would not give us a refund. We are still working on a refund. This shop should be CLOSED DOWN!!!
