On Saturday, March 22, 2008 for my sister's wedding, we had made reservations at Millie's Tux and Bridal to be sized and order dresses. The owner and manager of Millie's was the person assisting us. When I arrived at approximately 1:10pm I tried on the exact dress we we wanted to order in the exact size that I had was assured I had been fitted for. I signed a sales slip indicating my dress selection and measurements still wearing the exact dress we wanted to order. This sheet ONLY contained my measurements and the dress style number, which the owner had pulled directly from the tag under my arm. Copies of the sales slips were not given at the time of fitting, because final payment had not been recieved. \r

When my mom went to pay in full and pick up the dresses, they were the wrong style and all the dresses were between 2 to 4 sizes larger than the fitting sizes indicated. When confronted on her error, the owner produced the sales slip saying that we had signed it so she couldn't be wrong. But in fact, she had written in the incorrect size (not matching the measurement numbers already taken) and had used another dress style number without our knowledge - AFTER my signature had been placed on the sales form. This resulted in the WRONG dress for my sisters wedding and the additional charges to have ALL our dresses resized. The owner refused to conpensate us for the resizing fee due to her mistake and said that she had in fact given us a deal because the WRONG dress style was more expensive than the one we really wanted.\r

All around a bad place to go if you want your bride's maids dresses to be correct and NOT have to pay the resizing charge.
