I contacted 3 different companies, the one I had in place and 2 others, to see which company to use to replace my heat pump. Air Now responded quickly, everyone was friendly, and there was no pressure. They were in between the two other prices, and they seemed the most knowledgeable. I decided to go with them.
Unfortunately it was August when we replaced the pump, so it got warm in the house while it was being changed. They did everything with minimal disruption to the household besides the heat. They brought in the brand new equipment, replaced the thermostat, and we were in business. They also hauled away everything that needed to be hauled away.
I have been contacted twice since then by the sales representative, Adam, just to make sure everything was going well with what they did. I appreciate the fact that Air Now is concerned about what was installed. I have nothing negative to say about them.
