We used a homecare agency prior to Heavenly Helpers who we thought were ok but they could not help us for last minute requests so we sought out a new homecare agency. We immediatly liked Heavenly Helpers because of the way they talked to me on the phone--listened to my problem, were polite and not pushy, etc. Theanna the owner came out and was so real and down to earth-we bonded immediatly. So we signed up with them. WELL-we have NEVER had service like this. Their caregivers are beyond WORDS--they do things that are above and beyond the call of duty. My wife, whom they care for 24 hours a day, loves them like daughters. I simply cannot say enought about that whole group. From Theanna, the owner, to Amy, our Case Manager to Elizabeth who answers the phone, and all the Caregivers. Your search for Home Care has ended! They are the BEST!!
