I was referred to Elite by my insurance company. I chose this because my last body shop had my car for three months! The staff were very friendly and showed geniune concern when I made specific requests (i.e. Length of time, quality) as well as responding to those request. The car came out beautifully and well repaired. They understood that I was "picky" and I wanted the body lines perfect. They made his happen satisfactorily, with quality and urgency. I do not know how they handle the custom paint spectrum, but they rose an interest since I have a few classic cars that need some work. As far as the insurance work went, I have to say that it couldntve been any smoother!
