The service at Elite Custom Auto was quick and friendly at a very difficult time right after the auto accident. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The available loaner auto made the great service even better. We will definitely be using this shop again! more

Forever indebted to Elite Custom Auto! 7/27/2012

I am a careful shopper, and the prices at Elite Custom Auto are always better than the competitors'! I'm willing to pay extra for good work. Elite Custom Auto does good work and they don't charge extra! If anybody has a problem, that it an opportunity to recommend Elite Custom Auto and I always recommend them. Elite Custom Auto has worked on a number of little things. The best one was when I damaged my motor home, and Elite Custom Auto fixed it for me for 1/3 of the cost! I had been told that it would cost $2500 to fix it. From that alone, I am forever indebted to Elite Custom Auto! more

Elite Custom Auto is the best! 6/29/2012

My experience with Elite Auto was quite amazing. From the very first visit, I was treated as a valued customer. Both Sandra and Yasmin were efficient, professional, courteous. They put MY convenience ahead of Elite and kept me constantly informed about the repair process. Not only that, I received daily E-mails with photos of the work being done on my vehicle along with a status report on the projected completion date. I couldn't have asked for more from any business! I would recommend Elite Custom Auto to anyone who needs expert vehicle repair. more

The service has been great 6/27/2012

I got several estimates to get my car painted and Elite Custom Auto was the most reasonable. I have logged onto the site and I have been able to see the progress of my car--that is a great feature. The staff was very helpful. Jasmine has been excellent. more

Great work, awesome staff 6/1/2012

I had had a fender bender and my insurance referred me to Elite Custom Auto. From the moment I called, everyone was nice, when I went in everyone was great. The work was done within a few days and I don't feel ripped off by them. They didn't redo anything that didn't need to be done and my vehicle looks great. more

Professional and Timely Will come back again! 5/22/2012

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Elite Auto Collision admitted my car right away and got to work. The staff was friendly and professional making the accident claim process an easier one for me. When I got my car back after being rear ended pretty good it looked better than when I had first bought the car. I am definitely recommending this body shop to everybody I know. more

One of the best shops in San Diego. 5/10/2012

I did a lot of research beforehand about auto shops and the quality of their work because my car's color is so hard to match. Others I had visited hadn't done well, but I was referred online to Elite Custom Auto. It worked out great, and I've gone twice now. They probably one of the best shops in San Diego for quality. Even a lot of high end shops can't do some of the work they do. more

A good experience. 3/15/2012

This was the first time I have used Elite Custom Auto. I had been hit by someone. If I have trouble like that again I will go back to them, because they did a good job. fixed faulty paint job 1/2/2012

I had some collision repair work referred to Elite by esurance and was pleased with the service and work done. About a year later I notices some small crack in the hood surface began to appear. As months passed the entire hood became a glazed mess of cracked and peeling clear coat flaking off. So nearly two years later the entire hood was a wreck and very ugly. The front bumper begins to show the same cracks in the surface that the hood had a year earlier. I called esurance and they met me at Elite where they agreed to repaint the front of the car and I am very happy. more

Super nice people to deal with who did a super nice job! 11/8/2011

I got into an auto accident and I took the car into Elite Auto Collision. It was still kind of clunking so I took my car back to them. The experience was not that bad and the people at Elite Auto Collision were so nice about it! A couple of things were loose so they sent the car out to get it fixed. They were the nicest people! They're a really friendly family. The father, son, wife, and daughter were all really nice. In another instance another car had bashed into the door of my other car so we used Elite Auto Collision for that too. Elite Auto Collision is excellent and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or to whoever needs a collision place! They were super nice people to deal with who did a super nice job. They made my car look brand new and had the paint matched! more

Very good! 9/2/2011

Elite Auto Collision had good customer service and the manager over there was helpful and would always return my calls. They repaired my car and the claim was handled through my insurance. I got the car back three days ago but it was in the shop for two months. My insurance is horrible. I know they specialized in Subarus, and they did a good job on my car. They fought for me when I had to deal with my insurance. They were good in terms of that. My experience with Elite Auto Collision was very good. more

Absolutely perfect work, with no wait, and an unbelievable price! 8/18/2011

I recommend Elite Auto Collision all the time because they do their work very, very well. I actually had two experiences with them. Both experiences were minor collisions that I did myself and I just felt like I didn't want to go to the insurance company and that I would rather take care of it myself. In both cases, I went to Elite Auto Collision, but I checked with two other places the first time, then one other place the second time, and every time other places had much higher prices than Elite Auto Collision. Their price was unbelievable, and they do showroom finish work that is not just good, it is beautiful. Bennie Machado more
