I just bought my Mini Cooper here about a month ago and it had to be my fastest and most painless car buying experience.
I worked with Stormy who showed me some of the cars on the lot and took me for a very fun test drive. I loved driving the Mini, but the perfect car just wasn't on the lot. I specified what I was looking for - color, extras, all the details - and he told me that he would find a car for me. I got a call the next day that he found the perfect car at another dealership and he could have it brought in.
A few days later, I came in to sign the papers and take my new baby home. It was exactly as promised, down to the stripes. I was so excited! Total time spent at the dealership was probably just over an hour in 2 visits. You really can't beat that. Like I said, painless!
