This company is no doubt worst insurance company. They don't have basic courtsey to respond you when you leave a voice mail. You call up claims dept and it is always engage, that means they dont have sufficient staff or intentionaly then keep phone engage. Whatever staff commits they don't follow specifically with claims department. They will keep whole matter hanging because they do not want to pay single penny so, you fed up taking follow-up with them and finally you go to your insurance company even you are not at fault. Your insurance company will go after GCI but then they will not pay complete amount even you were not at fault. This is how you loose your money without your fault! It seems I have to give rating here so, giving single star rating. Otherwise no star is applicable for GCI in reality.
