First and foremost we would like to say that we are deeply sorry that you feel this way about your experience here at Premier. We take all complaints very seriously want to do all that we can to ensure that all pets receive the highest quality of care and compassion at our facility. After hearing of your pet's injury, we were obviously deeply concerned. Because we do care about the well-being of all animals regardless of how an injury may have occurred, and because we pride ourselves on the quality of our service here at Premier, we offered to have one of our Veterinarians do an examination and therapy free-of-charge. We were willing to and did do all of this free-of-charge despite the fact that the ""wound"" was in essence, of a common naturally-occurring type. We knew this when we treated your pet and we still treated free-of-charge. Why? Because we actually care more about our pets than we do about the money, because we care what our clients think about us, because we take pride in all that we do here at Premier and we wouldn't be Premier if we weren't willing to go above and beyond in everything that we do. So I genuinely do regret that you feel that way about your experience with us, we have tried to do all that we could to satisfy. We would obviously like to see all of our friends and clients leave happy and we would still do whatever it takes to offer our customers the best experience possible.
