I've brought my leather goods and shoes to a lot of so called ""leather repair"" centers before I came across Rago Brothers (including those ""highly recommended"" leather/shoe repair places in New York). Rago Bros has the best customer service, turnaround time, and repair quality of any company I've ever brought my valued leather goods to. I had the pleasure of taking a tour of the shop and was impressed not only by their friendly staff and organized business operations, but also by the numerous designer companies they do work for. \r

Now that I've relocated to California, I can't imagine sending my leather goods or shoes to any other company. I've never had any problems with shipping-- it obviously costs a little more with shipping charges, but for the quality of repair, I don't mind paying a little extra.
