Sent in a purse for the replacement screw that holds the strap on. Tied around the strap was a pair of tassels that could slide along the length of the strap. I'm unable to understand why whoever spent the few minutes it took to screw the strap back together and get the purse back in the box felt it was necessary to remove the tassels by untying & pulling them apart to put the screw in. Sure, the tassels can be retied with a bit of glue to make sure they stay. I sent the purse in to pay $65 for one fake gold screw to get put in, I didn't expect anything else to be touched, certainly not removed. I called as soon as I opened the box, I was like, what the fuck? They were like, I'm cutting the conversation, I hung up. The problem is that Rago Brothers unnecessarily removed/ripped apart something that shouldn't have been taken off the purse. That's not acceptable business no matter how many times I say why the fuck did that have to happen? I'm not going to bother going any further with it, lesson learned with this business.
