I have had two experiences with Mathis Air & Heat in the last year. The first time I called them was because my a/c was not blowing any air out of the vents, and the office staff was great! She was so friendly, and helped me to troubleshoot, found that a switch in my attic had just been turned off. I was happy, no charge or service tech necessary. The second time, I actually had a problem with my heat, and while in my home, the svc tech saw my dad struggling to remove our old hot water heater, and actually stopped and took the time to help him get it out. It only took a minute, but was very thoughtful. Our systems are working great now, thanks Mathis.
