Mathis Air & Heat LLC

I have had two experiences with Mathis Air & Heat in the last year. The first time I called them was because my a/c was not blowing any air out of the vents, and the office staff was great! She was so friendly, and helped me to troubleshoot, found that a switch in my attic had just been turned off. I was happy, no charge or service tech necessary. The second time, I actually had a problem with my heat, and while in my home, the svc tech saw my dad struggling to remove our old hot water heater, and actually stopped and took the time to help him get it out. It only took a minute, but was very thoughtful. Our systems are working great now, thanks Mathis. more

This company has been to our house a total of seven times to fix the same problem, a freon leak. Almost $2500.00 dollars later it is still not fixed. This last time the air went out on Friday in the afternoon. We were told that they would be coming the next day, on Saturday. So we had to spend the night elsewhere. Saturday morning we came home, and waited all day. We called several times, but our calls were ignored. Finally at around three thirty, they called and said that they would not come out. We tried to explain to them and pled that they needed to come that day. We were told that we would get a call back. That call never came, even after several attempts to contact them. We could have found someone else to come out if we were told earlier, but as it happened we did not have air for several days. more
