I want to start off by saying Great job my daughter came in on Saturday January 8 2011 to have her bluetooth radion installed that we bought from you for a Christmas Gift. When they install was complete they could not get the bluetooth working at this point my Daughter and wife were stuck in Dover. The tech got on the phone and advised that there might be a problem with the unit and if so they would upgrade the unit to a diffrent on I asked how much is that going to cost he stated no additional charge. Well that was not the case . The manager came out to my Family and said we will get you done as fast as we can. The manager whos name I did not get got right on the problem He found that they could not locate the correct app on my daughters phone. He got the system to program I just want to say thank you for the service that was given by your staff being in the automotive service feild this is what I would have done and except from my staff Great job and we will continue to do bussiness with your company. thanks again Lester Guyer
