I'm happy to see that an employee from Elite took the time to write a rude little comment about how ""they take care of their property"". No, they don't. That was a really nice try though. I have yet to meet a person who LIKES the services they ""provide"". The people who lived in my home before me TRASHED this place and we're STILL finding problems MONTHS after we moved in. And when we put in for them to fix something (ie: our ceiling fan that hasn't worked since we moved into this place), they ""lose"" our maintenance requests. After MONTHS of waiting to have something fixed, (something that has been running up my power bill since we moved in!), and calling on it repeatedly, they randomly show up with little to NO notice to fix the issue. How am I supposed to be glad they're coming to fix something when they have NO regard to the fact that they gave me NO time to adjust our schedule. They don't care about their tenants, they care about getting paid.
