Elite Real Estate

Be careful who you sign a lease with as Elite Real Estate is not the one. They employ unprofessional and untrained workers who are void of courtesy and experience. My daughter and her husband leased a home a year and a half ago, a very nice home that they pay a pretty penny for. They have had several major maintenance issues which were handled badly, not only for them but, for the homeowner. The garage door broke and was stuck open and Elite left it hanging there for 2 weeks before anyone came out. My kids had to put there lawn equipment in the house. This cost the homeowner a new door. I bet they didn't know that. Last but not least... The air conditioner went out and the kids went personally to the office to put the work order in at 9 am, the office assistant said she would get to work on it... mind you, the kids have a 9 year old and a baby in that house. By noon, my daughter was calling for an update with no answer in the office, she waited until 2 and still no answer, by that time it was 90 degrees in the home, so they packed up and went to a hotel. Another call was put in and finally someone answered to say ""they were just processing the work order"" as they have to take them as they are rec'd. Next day, a call was placed and the kids were told, the homeowner had to be contacted to approve the ac repair company. Really !!!!!! My daughter said okay fine, and while you are doing that, I will be filing a complaint with the ""Texas Real Estate Commission"", funny thing happened, they decided to get right on it. A complaint will be filed anyway.. Please do your homework and go with another company. They are just not worth the trouble. more

After reading serveral comments from previous rentals. I dont think Ill be continuting my search with them. This is my first plave ever and its with my boyfriend. And Im 25. And I have my own business and if you just ""lose"" maintenance requests your just not a good business in my opinion and ill take my money and business elsewhere. Thank you! more

I'm happy to see that an employee from Elite took the time to write a rude little comment about how ""they take care of their property"". No, they don't. That was a really nice try though. I have yet to meet a person who LIKES the services they ""provide"". The people who lived in my home before me TRASHED this place and we're STILL finding problems MONTHS after we moved in. And when we put in for them to fix something (ie: our ceiling fan that hasn't worked since we moved into this place), they ""lose"" our maintenance requests. After MONTHS of waiting to have something fixed, (something that has been running up my power bill since we moved in!), and calling on it repeatedly, they randomly show up with little to NO notice to fix the issue. How am I supposed to be glad they're coming to fix something when they have NO regard to the fact that they gave me NO time to adjust our schedule. They don't care about their tenants, they care about getting paid. more

This is very shady business they make mistakes then try to evict you because of a mistake they make. They also have the worse rating you can get through the BBU, an F and have a lot of complaints filed against them. Save yourself and loved ones the trouble and look elsewhere. Lone star realty has a better rating and are accredited with the BBU. Pros: nothing good to say about them Cons: Lying thieves who will steal your money more
