I completly understand we have to pay high interest rates due to our previouse credit history and we are fortunate to have a company finance us! However we are paying for it so there is no need for the rude reps and horrible customer service they go way to far! They have gone as far as contacting my neighbors when I cant get back to them in a timely manner I don't even know if thats legal! But they do what they want till someone sues there company for major harassment! I would never ever recommend Summit Financial to anyone! there are other options!
