We booked a cab to pick up clients at the airport. They never arrived. When our clients called to let us know they had not come we called, and spent aprox 20 minutes trying to get the dispatcher to send the cab to pick them up, whilst they argued that they never agreed to pick them up. The City Cab dispatcher hung up on us twice and the following week when we called the accounting department for a copy of the receipt from the purchase of the 45 minute late cab ride, the accounting department also hung up on us. We requested they email us a confirmation when we made the original reservation and they said they couldn't because they didn't ""have email"". When we requested they email us a receipt from the the credit card payment for the ride they said they couldn't because they ""didn't have email."" DO NOT EVER USE CITY CAB IF YOU WANT TO GET TO WHERE YOU'RE GOING OR IF YOU CARE ABOUT HOW YOU'RE TREATED BY OTHER HUMAN BEINGS!!!!
